Movement for Humans
Taught by Joe Goode. No dance experience needed. Stay low to the ground. Feel the bones and deep structure of the body. Move with gravity and feel the healing pleasure of simple mobility. A class for all bodies and all ages.

This class will be on break from Jan. 22-Feb.25 while JGPG is on tour. Class will resume March 3. Thank you!
